Description

The 360-420 bar ND10 valves have been designed to replace old on line valves that are no longer maintained such as CPV Manufacturing valves. The 360-420 bar ND10 valves have been strictly designed to work up to 420 bar pressure, and they have been tested and approved at 360 bar (Oxygen adiabatic compression test) by AIR LIQUIDE CTE (Expertise Technological Center).

  • On Line Valve.
  • Balanced Valve(wheel easy to turn).
  • Changeover from manual mode to pneumatic mode : simply changing the actuating unit.
  • Full degreasing allowing secured oxygen use.

Working Conditions

  • Working Pressure : 360 Bar/420 Bar.
  • Working Température : Minus 30°C To Plus 80°C.
  • Adiabatic Pressure Test : 360 Bar.
  • MAWP : 420 Bar.
  • Seat : Monel / Peek For H2 & He.
  • Tightness : Less Than 10-6 Mbar*L/S.
  • Gas Compatibility : Oxygen, Nitrogen, Argon, Co2, Neutral Gases, Acetylen, Hydrogen, Hélium, Corrosive Gases On Request.
