Description

  • Throttle valve allowing gradual pressure rise.
  • 90° or 180° rotation of both upper and lower bodies for an easier integration inside valves panels.
  • Oxygen adiabatic compression tests performed by CTE at 360 bar.

Working Conditions

  • Industrial gases : Oxygen, Hydrogen, Neutral and Rare gases, others on request.
  • Medical gases : Oxygen, N20, Medical air…
  •  Working pressure :
  1.  Hand Valve : from vacuum up to 420 bar.
  2.  Pneumatic Valve NC or NO : from vacuum up to 420 bar; in case of downstream pressure it has to be checked with SisNovam Technical department.
  • Working temperature : -40°C up to +80°C.

Technical Data

  • Nominal diameter : 3 mm.
  • Internal tightness : metal-metal or metal-peek depending on the gas type.
  • Material : brass; stainless steel on request.
  • Stem and seat : Monel (peek seat for H2, He).
  • O-Ring according to customer needs.
  • External leak rate : less than 3.10-8 atm/cm3 Helium.

Connections

  • Wide range of welded connectors.
  • Other connectors on request.

Options

  • Limit switch.
  • Limit flow connector for pneumatic actuator.
  • ATEX version.
