Description

  • Balanced valve : no effort required to open or close the valve.
  • Throttle valve allowing gradual pressure rise.
  • 90° or 180° rotation of both upper and lower bodies for an easier integration inside valves panels.
  • Oxygen adiabatic compression tests performed by CTE at 420 bar.

  • Industrial gases : Oxygen, Hydrogen, Neutral and Rare gases, others on request.
  • Medical gases : Oxygen, N20, Medical air…
  • Working pressure : from vacuum up to 550 bar.
  • Working temperature : -40°C up to +80°C.

Technical Data

  • Nominal diameter : 12 mm.
  • Internal tightness : metal-metal or metal-peek depending on the gas type.
  • Material : brass; stainless steel on request.
  • Stem and seat : Monel (peek seat for H2, He).
  • O-Ring according to customer needs.
  • External leak rate : less than 3.10-8 atm/cm3 Helium.

Connections

  • Stainless steel welded connectors 1/2” Sch 80, 3/4” Sch 160, others on request.
  • Monel welded connectors as an option.
  • Pressure port on high pressure bodies.
  • Other connectors on request.

  • NO Normally Open Valve (instead of NC as a standard).
