NOVAM Valves

Description

Balanced valve : no effort required to open or close the valve.
Throttle valve allowing gradual pressure rise.
90° or 180° rotation of both upper and lower bodies for an easier integration inside valves panels.
Oxygen adiabatic compression tests performed by CTE at 360 bar.

Working Conditions

Industrial gases : Oxygen, Hydrogen, Neutral and Rare gases, others on request.
Medical gases : Oxygen, N20, Medical air…
Working pressure : from vacuum up to 420 bar.
Working temperature : -40°C up to +80°C.

Technical Data

Nominal diameter : 20 mm
Internal tightness : metal-metal or metal-peek depending on the gas type.
Material : brass; stainless steel on request.
Stem and seat : Monel (peek seat for H2, He).
O-Ring according to customer needs.
External leak rate : less than 3.10-8 atm/cm3 Helium.

Connections

Stainless steel welded connectors 1/2” Sch 80, 3/4” Sch 160, others on request
Monel welded connectors as an option.
Pressure port on high pressure bodies.
Other connectors on request.
